Josh Bridges and his 3 favorite Xendurance products: Bringing Health to Mind and Body

Josh Bridges is a well-known CrossFit athlete. Josh Bridges is often referred to as the “underdog” because of his remarkable comebacks at competitions that were witnessed by many. It’s easy to see the passion and preparation Josh brings into everything he does.

Josh encourages a mindset that stresses determination and adequate mental and physical preparation in his fitness journey. Xendurance was a partner in Josh’s nutritional and supplement needs. This partnership is ongoing after more than ten years.

We searched for the “Never Ring The Bell” factor that makes Josh such an inspiration and a motivator for Crossfitters.

A Unpaved Path

Many young athletes feel lost when they think about their future. Josh was faced with the same problem – his path to CrossFit success wasn’t one that was already planned for him. Josh discovered a taste for success in wrestling while in college. He also said that he had lost his drive to keep going. Josh says he appears to have lost sight and perspective of himself.

Josh found the only thing that helped him find a way forward in this difficult time of his life – Crossfit and the Navy Seals. He was a man who never gave up and worked hard to achieve what few people can: to serve his country in one the most elite forces of this planet.

Crossfit was his perfect combination of competing in Crossfit and serving as a Seals member. It allowed him to train, compete, and also gave him an outlet for his passions. These two disciplines would form a large part of his life.

CrossFit: Making a name for yourself

If you have ever been able to witness Josh’s triumphant victory in CrossFit, you will know the magnitude of CrossFit. He is one of the most determined athletes to ever compete.

Josh was just 17 when CrossFit became his first love. He quickly mastered Crossfit thanks to his experience in wrestling and the skills that he has developed in the sport. He was able to join the Navy SEALs through Crossfit. After he was accepted, he worked hard to perfect his skills in this discipline of fitness.

Josh, who is still part of the SEALs team, set his sights on CrossFit. He trained hard in preparation for the CrossFit Games 2011.

It is hard to describe Josh’s unforgettable debut at the games. Josh, who stands at 5’5″ and weighs in at 160 lbs, blew everyone away by his determination and power, and finished 2nd. He was the first person to be recognized by the CrossFit community for his talent and willpower.

A career as a CrossFit athlete

Josh, a Navy SEAL who competed in CrossFit, faced many challenges.

Josh sustained a serious knee injury during the 2012 CrossFit competition season. His rehabilitation and recovery cost him most of the CrossFit season. His disappointment was evident, but so was his burning passion.

Josh was able to quickly recover and returned to competition at the 2013 SoCal Regional. He was also a great performer in the 2013 and 2014 games where he placed 7th and 4th. Josh won back-to-back wins at the California Regionals in 2016 and 2017. He proved himself to be a strong warrior when he returned to Games in 2018.

Josh Bridges participated in six CrossFit Games, on top of numerous regional competitions won throughout his career. His passionate and fervent personality left an indelible mark on the industry. It inspired anyone who saw it to strive for more.

How Xendurance Met Josh Bridges

Josh was the first person to meet the XND Team during CrossFit Games 2012. Josh was just returning from an Iraqi military tour. Josh was recovering from a knee injury, and was unable to participate in the competition season.

XND CEO Jason St. Clair introduced Josh to Josh as he walked around the arena during the competition. Jason said to Josh that he wanted him try Xendurance products.

After the meeting, Jason and Andrew Neugebauer (XND’s Coowner) headed to San Diego for a photograph shoot. They met with Josh to encourage him to join the XND Team.

Josh has been a regular user of Xendurance since then. Many of Xendurance products help Josh get the most from his exercise and diet.

Crossfit: Josh BridgesJosh Bridges’ Favorite XND Product

Josh shared his top three XND items with us.

He first discussed Creatine-JB. He was also named JB… Josh claims that he consumes 5g Creatine-JB after each workout.

He also named XND’s SUPERgrade (Vanilla), PROTEIN. You don’t have to worry about stomach pains with this combination of fast-absorbing proteins. Josh consumes XND’s PROTEIN two times daily.

Josh also mentioned his love for XND’s Extreme Endurance (r). For more than 10 years, he has been taking 8 tablets daily. He must be doing something right.

Extreme Endurance reduces lactic acid and oxidative stresses, lowers CK levels 6X, improves aerobic threshold, is a performance supplement that simply beats all others on the market! Xendurance is honored to have him on the XND Team over 10 years.
